Bilal served as an IT Project Manager at Parsons for over 5 years, where he focused on delivering critical IT Infrastructure projects across the Middle East and Africa. Prior to his tenure in the MEA region, Bilal spent 10 years working in the UK across diverse sectors including the National Health Services (NHS), Telecommunications, and Education. Bilal's extensive experience encompasses the strategic development and implementation of robust cybersecurity frameworks tailored to critical infrastructure, particularly within the transportation sector. His expertise includes risk management strategies and the crucial integration of IT and Operational Technology security measures. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich, London, UK.
