Currently, he serves as the Business Continuity & Crisis Manager at Vodafone Qatar. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Business Continuity from Norwich University, Vermont, USA. Arnab has vast experience in Enterprise Risk Management, planning and coordinating major Business Continuity Strategy implementations, Testing & Exercising, and Auditing Business Continuity plans. He excels in providing support during real-time crisis situations and has managed various disruptive incidents such as strikes, roadblocks, floods, network outages, and more. Notably, he led the COVID-19 response, successfully arranging vaccinations for all employees to ensure safe telecom operations. Arnab also created a WAR Room during the FIFA World Cup 2023 to monitor Telecom Infrastructure and Supply Chain. Additionally, he has audited over 100 organizations for ISO Standards 22301 & 27001. Arnab is the recipient of multiple awards from BCI Asia and the BCI Middle East and is a regular speaker at global BCM & Risk Conferences and Events.
